All students who register for courses are required to pay the FULL amount of the course fee, unless they drop the course prior to it's start date and are eligible for a refund.
Students who have paid for courses are able to request a full refund (minus a $25 administrative fee) up until exactly one month prior to the beginning of the course. The closer to the start date of a class, the less of a refund we can offer.
The reason for the decreasing refunds is that we begin to purchase supplies, reserve space, and turn away excess students from classes as we approach the start date. If you need to drop out of the class, let us know as soon as possible.
Over One Month before start date = Full refund -$25
Over One Week = Partial Refund (Amount paid minus $150)
Less than one week = Partial Refund (Amount paid minus $300)
After one week = no refund, required to pay full amount
